In an amazing performance Mancebo exerted his dominance last year with a brilliant break away shortly after leaving Davis and successfully maintained his lead into the streets of Santa Rosa. Mancebo pulled from his remaining reserves and Won the bunch sprint in fine victory fashion.  His performance earned him all three of the Leaders Jerseys'.
