Levi Leipheimer Team Astana (USA) 2009 1st Place Last year stage six features Levi Leipheimer winning for the third consecutive year the Solvang time trial with a blistering time of 30 minutes and 40 second. On this 15 mile course his average speed was just under 30 miles an hour. Levi wore yellow all the way into Escondido.
